Martin “The Green Geek” Leska from Leska LLC in Dayton MD speaks to RealGreenWorld about how he lives and thinks green every day, from driving a Jetta TDI to replacing his light bulbs with CFL’s the moment they moved into a new house. Reducing his carbon footprint is part of every minute of every day for Martin.
Doing your part to help the environment over time will become a part of everything you do. Many people that I ask this question to at first tell me (with a laugh) that they never do anything for the environment. Once we start talking about it they realize that they started doing things like turning off the lights, taking shorter showers or recycling a long time ago and they no longer think about those things. We all do something every day and the purpose of these daily green tips is to help us all thing about what we are doing and what we could do better to reduce our carbon footprint.

I really enjoyed this book, I read it in about 3 hours. The author is extremely knowledgeable and uses his own life experiences as examples of green living.I’ve been going green for a few years now and have been looking far and wide for different green information and different tips and ways of living green. While much of the information provided in this book can be found in other sources as well, the author pieces everything in a easily digestible way and gives you the courage and strength to power through and live green and healthy.
